Copper Creek Estates, Olivenhain, CA:
Designed, entitled and developed this 25-acre parcel into ten, two acre, custom home sites. This is an exclusive gated community with a distinctive native rock bridge entry. All of the improvements were completed in-house under Bruce Wiegand’s class A - General Engineering license. Eight homes have been completed and sold to date through February, 2000. Home sizes ranged from 4,600 sq. ft. to 6,154 sq. ft. Sales prices ranged from $950,000 to $1,895,000. Two additional lots are currently being designed and construction is expected to start in spring of 2005. The last two homes will be priced in the $2,500,000 to $2,700,000 range
